Dream Cakes has been owned and operated since it’s inception in 1989 by Pastry Chef David Halbruner, who has over 35 years experience in all aspects of the pastry industry. He has won numerous awards in various competitions and has created sweet confections for some of the “ Rich and Famous” and the not so rich and famous.
