Nineteen ULLRs gathered in Wabasha, MN to visit the National Eagle
Center. It was a partly cloudy March day for a drive down the river.
Each of us purchased an admission to the museum and a one hour show
teaching us about the history and anatomy of the Bald Eagle. Since we
did not have a frigid MN winter the river hadn’t frozen as it has in
the past. Most of our observations were of the somewhat disabled
residents of the center or on the drive down and back.
We all then squeezed into the fun and funky Ol’ Triangle Pub for lunch.
