MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY MAILED TO ULLRS Ten ULLRs gathered December 9 at Gramercy Club in Burnsville, to prepare the November 2024 ULLR Membership Directory for mailing. The group enjoyed lunch together. Host Nancy S. provided a hotdish made from the ULLR list of Recipes on our website. Participants brought appetizers, salads and dessert to share. Beverages were “leftovers” from the ULLR Christmas Social, and at the end, remaining beverages were sent with Jim H. who will take them to the next ULLR Singles event. ULLRs are not wasteful! When it was time to get to work, Folding Party Coordinator Nancy S. organized everyone to prepare 110 directories for mailing: attach mailing labels, fold the directories, tape the directories, and attach stamps. The work crews were efficient and quickly completed all the tasks! With the work finished, Host Nancy S. led the group on a brief tour of her building to see all the Christmas trees and decorations. People left smiling, and some carried take-home packets of leftover hotdish. Yum! |
