| Holiday Social Wouldn’t you know…”Ole Man Winter” reared it’s ugly head just in time for the ULLR Holiday Party. Fortunately, the blustery wind didn’t deter the group from enjoying a tasty buffet of stuffed chicken breast and ham with all the fixings, a delicious cake, an Elf name, a few Holiday games, and time for socializing. We want to thank Diane Erlandson (AKA “Happy Plum-Pants”) and Carol Bush (AKA “Bubbles Monkey-Buns”) for hosting the party. Another Big Thank you to Nancy Sand (AKA “Buddy Sparkley-Toes”) for organizing and delivering the toys and monetary contributions to KARE11. Here is what Nancy collected: "A big “Thank You” to all the ULLRs who donated to Toys for Tots at our December 4 ULLR Christmas event. Nancy Sand delivered 54 toys, games, and books plus $280.00 to the Marines at Toys for Tots at the Kare 11 TFT collection site in Golden Valley. This generosity helps to brighten Christmas for many children." Unfortunately, we hired the same photographers for our party who were hired for the Halloween party. Only two pictures turned out!
