| Rice Marsh Lake Hike Five Ullrs and one guest met in Chanhassen on Monday, October 2nd, for a hike around Rice Marsh Lake. We hiked close to 4 miles, on a blacktop, multi-use trail. We passed several beautiful homes and looked for wildlife in the marsh. The fall colors were just starting to pop, but the day was beautiful, although a bit warm for October. One back yard along the trail was decorated with a rock village and a little fairy home in a galvanized pot. After the hike, 4 hikers enjoyed a happy hour lunch at Brindisi’s Pub in Chanhassen.
