| June
1-4 was the perfect time to head north to Nisswa. The sun shone
every day, although it rained one night and did not get really warn
until Thursday. There were several options for activities other
than biking: golfing, shopping, zip lining, canoeing, kayaking,
and Margie was available to help with genealogy. All 59 Ullrs had
a great time chatting, eating and catching up. On Wednesday evening we feasted on roasted pulled chicken, rolls, potato salad, Mary V's cabbage salad, and Nancy N's baked beans. That was followed by ice cream with toppings and cookies. No one went away hungry! E-bike demonstrations were given during happy hour. The group seemed interested in learning more about them. Four or five of Ullrs already have them and like them a lot. It was a fun trip. Please join us next year. The dates are May 31-June 3, 2022. |
