a lovely end of July day 20 Ullr cyclists explored the scenic farmlands
on rolling roads or Luce Line of McLeod County. Round trip routes were 19 & 38 miles on the roads and 16+ miles to Hutchinson on the Luce line. In the afternoon the riders were joined with 30 more Ullrs for a pot luck picnic at the home of Charlotte and Alan. Everyone enjoyed the lovely summer day with sunshine, light breezes off Swan Lake and lots of great picnic food. There is nothing Ullrs enjoy more than eating and visiting with friends. Our thanks to Ray (the poet) for the ode honoring the three shared birthdays. Charlotte and Alan thank you all for sharing a wonder-filled day at our home. |
