| Eighteen ULLRs hiked the trail at Fort Snelling on a cloudy threatening day with John Eagan and Carolyn Buswell leading the pack. Thankfully, the rain held off until the hike was over. Besides viewing the beautifully changing leaves, and enjoying conversation with fellow hikers, several species of wildlife were spotted... four turkeys, many chickadees and nuthatches, as well as a deer. Lunch at the 5-8 Club was a delicious ending to a great afternoon! | ||||
