| Sunday
August 26, Day 1 – Four Ullrs arrived in Lanesboro early and got a nice
bike ride. A few more Ullrs arrived about noon and got about two
miles biked before mother nature decided to rain on the riders.
After the aborted bike ride the Ullrs went to the matinee of the play,
The Clean House. What to say about the play... strange,
different, funny, you get the drift. The rest of the Ullrs,
maybe the smart ones, arrived for happy hour. Monday August 27, Day 2 – No rain and bike riding was the activity of the day. Ullrs went here and there. One bike collision, nothing serious, just bumps and bruises. Happy hour again was enjoyed. It was a hot day, and all the beer was gone. Tuesday August 28, Day 3 -The Ullrs woke up to fog and cold. After breakfast we all went home. It was a good decision, because it rained so hard the parking area at the hotel was flooded. |
