12th to 15th 66 hearty ULLR’s enjoyed three days at Good Ol’ Days
Resort biking, hiking, shopping, swimming, kayaking, relaxing and
enjoying fellowship. The weather was more cooperative this year with just one raining morning on Tuesday. The weather was good for the local economy as many people were noted returning to the resort with packages. Wednesday evening before the dinner we had a memorial walk from the resort down the Paul Bunyan Trail to near the Loons nest in honor of Ray Wilkinson who had biked this path many times. Memories of him were shared. Thursday morning everyone left the resort with no major injuries or falls. Many thanks for the delicious dishes everyone brought to share. Carol and Carol |
