beautiful fall day was perfect for Joella Wilson’s hike through Afton
State Park. Ten ULLR’s enjoyed a hike down to the river. We followed along side the river, watching its activities and trying to spot birds, especially eagles. Climbing out of the river bottom proved to be a cardio workout! We ended the hike with an old fashioned picnic in the park. We decided we should return the middle of October to enjoy the autumn colors! |
