ULLR Mascot on Lake of the Isles Walk

Saturday April 13, 2013 8 ULLRs met at the Lake Calhoun North Beach
Parking lot. We crossed Lake Street and hiked around Lake of
the Isles. We enjoyed the scenery as we gazed at the homes
surrounding the lake. It was decided as the leader of the hike I
could afford one of those homes if I got a significant number of ULLRs
to join me in living there. Guess that’s not going to
happen.
As we completed the hike, the snow was so
tempting our Prez Nancy started a snowball fight. Yes!!! We
had fun. After finding out my first choice to eat did not open
until later – I obviously didn’t do my homework – we ended up at Famous
Dave’s in Calhoun Square.
