| On Saturday March 10, 9 ULLRs braved the elements and went to Baker Park for our snowshoe, cross-country event. The temperature was in the 60’s and all the trails where closed. So we went down to the parking lot by Lake Indepenance. We then walked the roads and the camp ground loop. The snow was melting fast and there were big puddles in the road. But we walked thru them anyway. Afterward we went to Axels in Loretto. The service was a little slow but we all agreed the food was great. | ||||
