Saturday, November 19th, ten ULLRs arrived at the Visitor Center at noon to hike the trails.  Some had already shopped for apples on the way.  As we started our hiking adventure it started to sleet slightly.  Being ULLRs, this did not slow us down one bit.  Therefore, off we went over hills, down ravines and over bridges. 

As we wandered through the woods, we missed a turn and ended up at a neighboring farm.  By then it was snowing and we found out that we were still a mile away from the Center.  The owner offered to drive us back to the center.  Needless to say we took her up on the ride back.

After the hike we traveled down to the Hastings American Legion for a bite to eat.  As we sat overlooking the river, the fat snow flakes turned the view into a winter wonderland.  The company was GREAT and we had a GREAT adventure. With the ULLRs you never know what is going to happen - when we go into the woods!
