25 Laughing ULLRs Kicked off the Holidays
Sunday, November 28th

We started with lunch in a private dining room at the FireLake Restaurant in the downtown Radisson Hotel.  Classy place.  Lunch was delicious!

Then it was on to the show.  NOT Tony Sandler and his "Suddenly It's Christmas" show at the historic Pantages Theater.  Much to our disappointment... he suddenly cancelled.

However, suddenly we found another holiday show at Hennepin Stages, just down the block.  A comedy called. "A Don't Hug Me Christmas Carol", a spoof on Dicken's classic story.  It was hilarious.  A talented cast of five put a very creative spin on this well known tale as they sang, danced and joked their way through the show.

Thanks to the ULLRs who showed their flexibility by accepting the change in venue!  Thanks to Carol Burgess for her help while I was out of town.  Thanks to Ray Hartmann for taking pictures.  Thanks to Nancy Keyes for introducing us to a great restaurant.  It was nice to meet Amy Barwick's son Stuart, visiting from Denver.  Welcome to new members Gene and Sandy Holzer.
