According to our calculations, & researching our records, this year's Chocolate Lovers' Ride was our 18th!  Hard to believe, but true!  This year's ride, on June 28, was blessed with perfect weather, "seasoned" bikers, & of course, the requisite chocolate!  We had 16 bikers starting with our traditional chocolate breakfast at Lynnhurst Park in Mpls.  We picked up 8 additional bikers at Minnehaha Park, then continued on to what's become our traditional spot for outdoor lunch, Billy's at Victoria Crossing in St. Paul.  Karen led the ride, while Sherrie drove along the bikers' route, ready to pick up any broken bikes or bodies (which, thankfully, were none).

Over the years we have dropped some of our original chocolate stops, while still retaining the essence of the original CLRs, but with a more realistic consumption of chocolate (reflecting our healthier life styles?).  Thanks to our 24 enthusiastic bikers--it was a great day!  And, that's it for our annual CLR Report!  Til next year, Karen & Sherrie
