The 2019 cost of the meal:

Our average attendance last year was in the 70's

and the rental cost for the shelter is $160 for each picnic.

The meal cost breakdown is as follows:
     Shelter: $2.00 (includes rental fee)
     Supplies: 25¢
     Food: $4.00
     Beverages: $1.00 (Water, Lemonade, Arnie Palmer Lemonade/Tea)

Note: the Park Board no longer allows alcohol in the park
     Dessert: 75¢ (to Foundation)


2019 Prices:

$8.00 = meal, dessert & 2 beverages

75¢ for Extra Dessert (proceeds to ULLR Foundation)

$3.00 = 2 beverages, no meal 

$2.00 = attendance only, no meal, dessert or beverages 

$1.00 for each beverage over 2

                

Anyone who would like a meatless meal needs to notify the hosts

at least one week prior to the event so that arrangements may be made.

The great summer get together tradition with ULLRs.  It's a picnic!

         

Brookview Park has sheltered areas if weather is inclement.
And great facilities. sinks, electricity and indoor plumbing!
Lots of parking, a few steps away.

           

Great place to meet old friends, and make new friends.
You'll hear about upcoming ULLR events, the ULLR Foundation, ski trips, and bike outings.
            

Come early if you want to eat the best gourmet selections!
