Text Box: THANKSGIVING FOOD DRIVE Dear Father Carrano, While we are deep into the Advent season, it is never too late for all of us here at St. John the Baptist to express our gratitude to you and your parishioners for your generosity at Thanksgiving. Because of your kindness, we were able to serve over a hundred of our families. So many of them said that this food gave them a reason to gather, to celebrate, and to give thanks. Once again, I have witnessed the providence and loving care of our God. Surprisingly we received just enough food to meet our requests. In the name of the people of our parish, we are most grateful, and be assured of our daily prayers. May the abundance of God’s Blessings be with you and your parish.
